The service is prepaid, what happens if I don't pay?

You can make your payment through your customer panel or our mobile application. However, a grace period of -10 days is provided for the payment. If the payment is not made within this period, an additional grace period of -5 days is given for the cancellation of your subscription. In total, a grace period of -15 days is provided, and if payment is not made within this time frame, the subscription is automatically canceled.
