What Are the Installation and Activation Fees for New Subscriptions?

For new VDSL subscriptions, the port activation fee is 599 TL, and the on-site installation fee is 899 TL.
Additionally, for annual service purchases, a 50% discount on installation and activation fees is provided, while for semi-annual service purchases, a 25% discount is applied.
On-site installation is mandatory for new subscriptions. This ensures that customers receive technical support for optimal use of the service.
The installation and activation fees are the same for both fiber and VDSL subscriptions.
If you transfer an active internet subscription to Comnet, you will not be required to pay activation or installation fees.
