When fiber internet service becomes available in our building, will we have the option to switch to this service?

When your infrastructure is upgraded to fiber, you have the option to convert your existing VDSL service to fiber internet service free of charge. If you check your address on the Comnet infrastructure query screen and receive a fiber result, you can contact us. This conversion process is typically completed within 1 to 15 days.
