What to Do in Case of a Fiber Cable Break ?
Category: Home/Business Internet
Check the outer surface of your fiber optic cable for any physical damage, such as cracks, crushing, or bending. Examine the status of the connection lights on your modem or ONT; a flashing or red light indicates a connection problem. Check the connection points of the cable with the modem and ONT, and make sure the cable is properly connected and the connection points are clean.
