Category: Home/Business Internet
If you did not choose installation during application; Make sure that the end left in your name or Comnet's name and the cable going to your apartment are correctly connected to the built-in box and that your modem installation is complete.
If you think you have done the installation correctly, you should lower the modem into the built-in box, connect it with the left end, take a photo showing the modem lights and the labeled cable and send it to us. For this process, if you have indoor installation and a VDSL supported modem, you can purchase home support service from your customer panel.
