How can I set up a modem?
Turn on your modem or router device and connect your computer. Open your web browser and type the Web Interface IP address typically used to access the modem's management interface, such as "192.168.1.1" or "192.168.0.1", into the address bar. Then, enter the username and password to log in to the modem interface. You can find this information in your modem's user manual or it may be written on the back or bottom of your modem.
There is usually a setup wizard in your modem's management interface. This wizard will guide you through the setup process step by step.
If there is no setup wizard, you will typically find a menu like "WAN", "Internet", "Connection Settings", or something similar on your modem. In this menu, select the PPPOE connection type.
In the PPPOE connection settings section, there will be a field where you can enter the username and password we sent you via SMS.
After entering your PPPOE information correctly, check your internet connection and make sure you have access to the internet. If you are using fiber internet and cannot establish a connection, you will see the VLAN ID option in your router's settings. Enter 35 in the VLAN ID field for internet and save the settings. Your connection will be established.
To complete the modem setup, you can watch videos from your modem manufacturer online. These videos will guide you through the setup process step by step and make it easier for you
